Billings, MT June 10, 2008 - Native Seedsters, Inc. (NSI) recently contracted Tony Arbuckle of Alexandria Virginia to head up computer systems, website management, and administration of databases on grasses and other native species. Tony most recently worked as computer systems manager for Delta Resources of Crystal City, Virginia; a defense contracting firm.
Tony participated in the initial field work that led to discovery of the patented seed dislodgement technology at the core of the Native Seedster grass seed harvester. He has continued to participate in field trials of Seedster prototypes during the product development stage, and has been a virtual adviser to Native Seedsters as it developed its web-based marketing strategy.
Tony’s expertise will play a major role in Native Seedsters growth by creating the management and computer systems to support increased sales and extend Seedster technology to harvest of other challenging species. Native Seedsters has benefited from harnessing technology to accelerate its R&D process. Continued strategic developments in distance collaboration, high speed visualization of prototypes, and a leveraged knowledge base of specialized crops will be keys to continued growth and innovation.
